Durga (M)’s Quality Management System Program is companywide and includes and covers all functions of the organization. This system is based on process control and development and all Company procedures and functions have been identified and assigned to appropriate operational managers for implementation and execution. Execution of these processes in day to day operations and activates is mandatory and followed diligently by our highly trained and skilled employees.
The Quality and Compliance Audit Manager, Department Heads and Branch Managers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all requirements pertaining to the Quality Management System. Additionally, the Quality and Compliance Audit Manager is responsible for ensuring all processes are updated as and when required, maintain all logs and other documents related to Quality Management System and conducting regular audits to ensure same are being followed.
